Terms

1. If ordered flowers / cake /sweets / Chocolates are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers / cake /sweets of equal value.

2. Delivery date should be chosen as per the available country wise/product wise dates in the website. Orders should preferably be placed well in advance of the delivery date. For SOS deliveries, please contact us for possibilities.

3. Correct ZIP Code and correct phone number of the recipient is a must. We shall not be responsible for failure of delivery due to wrong information provided to us.

4. Flower arrangements shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control.

5. Respective Brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product. You can lodge complaints on them through us, if the quality is not found up to the mark.

6. Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address. We will attempt delivery of the items only once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery may be possible. For re-delivery with extra delivery charge, please contact us. Orders are considered to be executed in the below cases:

• • Recipient not available
  • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
  • Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
  • Recipient refused the products.
  • Premises locked.
  • Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.

7. The owners of the site retain the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

8. By accepting our T&C, you also accept to receive all our communication matters, notification, newsletters, promotional matters etc. through various media channels". However, we confirm that we do not give any customer data to any agency outside the group.

9. Shopvast.com reserves the right to refuse delivery of any order without assigning any reason whatsoever to the customer. However, in all such cases Shopvast.com will refund the amount paid by customer in full.
